Returns Policy

You may return any purchase to us made over the web to us subject to the following:

• items must be returned unused, with all original packing material within 30 days of purchase
• Items must be in an unused and saleable condition
• Items cut to length are not returnable.
• Items ordered in especially are not returnable. This includes, but is not limited to items not usually stocked by BLT that have been sourced especially; and additional quantities of an item already stocked by BLT, ordered in by request of the customer. 

Returns process

We do not refund return shipping costs. It is your responsibility to return items to us; we recommend using a traceable service offering proof of delivery. We cannot be held responsible if anything is lost, stolen or damaged in transit.

You are responsible for packaging the item/s for safe return. If any item/s are received damaged due to lack of care we reserve the right not to refund for the item/s.

All returns should be sent to: Barnett Lawson Trimmings, 8 The Workshops, Greenfield Road, Pulloxhill, MK45 5BF.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Refunds will be made to the card that was used for the original purchase. Refunds are processed as soon as possible. Your bank/credit card provider can take up to five working days to credit your account after we have notified them of a refund.

None of the above affects your statutory rights.
